A. Ordinary laminated rubber bearing is divided into rectangular
laminated rubber bearing (code GJZ) and circular laminated rubber
bearing (code GYZ)
B. Teflon slide type rubber bearing is divided into rectangular
Teflon slide type rubber bearing (code GJZF4) and circular Teflon
slide type rubber bearing (code GYZF4).
2.Classification according to the bearing material and the
application temperature it is grouped into
A.Normal temperature rubber bearing should be produced by nitrogen
butyl rubber(CR), the suitable temperature is -25℃- 60℃, shall not
substitute natural rubber for chloride butyl rubber, also does not
allow to blend natural rubber in chloride butyl rubber;
B. Cold-resistance rubber bearing should be producted by natural
rubber(NR), the suitable temperature is -40℃- 60℃.

The installation method of the Teflon laminated is bearing is
basically the same as that of the ordinary laminated bearing, but
the following matters should be paid attention to :
1. The Teflon laminated rubber bearing is used for movable bearing,
should be used
together with normal laminated rubber bearing (as fixed bearing).
2. The Teflon laminated rubber bearing shall be installed
carefully. Bearing should support the center accurately according
to the design. Top surface of Beam bottom steel plate and bearing
pinner (or underneath steel plate) should maintain parallel and
smooth as much as possible, closely attached with the surface and
undersurface of the bearing ; Each bearing of the same beam is on
the same plane, bearing’s eccentric compression, uneven supporting
and individual disengaging should be avoided.
3. If any problem is found and need to be adjusted after
installation of the Teflon bearing , props up the end of a beam
first, then completes the adjustment through filling resin mortar
between the bottom of the Teflon bearing and bearing pinner (or
underneath steel plate ).
4.”5201 silicone grease” that is not volatile should be brushed as
a lubricant in the oil storage pits of a bearing’s Teflon bearing
plate during installation to reduce the friction coefficient.’
5. Any damage and broom-finish is not allowed on the stainless
steel surface contacted with Teflon plate in order to prevent
increasing the coefficient of friction and damage the Teflon plate.
6. When palling a beam, in order to prevent the beam and bearing
slip longitudinally or transversely, a wooden triangle block should
be put within both sides of the beam body for positioning and be
removed after completing the beam falling work;
7. In order to prevent the lateral sliding of the beam body (upper
structure), skid resistance blocs should be set on both ends of the
bearing or the upper structure.
8.The position of bearing and stainless steel plate should be
determined according to the temperature during installation. If the
stainless steel plate is sufficiently long then the bearing and the
stainless steel plate should be installed based on their center
distance in the spring and autumn in any season.
